Electronic Cargo Tracking System(ECTS)

ECTS (Electronic Cargo Tracking System) is an electronic system that enables real-time tracking of goods in transit using electronic seals and geofencing, with the objective of securing cargo, reducing fraud, and improving transparency in trade flows in the DRC. In this project, our role is focused on the product and user experience dimension: we contribute to defining requirements, designing features and user journeys, improving the UX/UI of both web and mobile platforms, and prioritizing product enhancements. We also ensure overall system quality through testing, performance optimization, and user support to drive effective adoption and deliver a seamless experience.
